Bereet is a Krylorian and one of the many women that Peter Quill had dated. During their short romance, Bereet falls asleep on the ship and wakes up, where she inquires Peter what all the ruckus was.
She is portrayed by Melia Kreiling and only appears in the first film of the series.
She is based on Bereet from the comic books, The Incredible Hulk.
History[]
Bereet is a young Krylorian woman and from the planet, Xandar.
At some point, she has has a relationship with Peter Quill, the foster son of the Ravager leader Yondu Udonta. During one of his missions and wishing to go on his own, Peter goes to the planet Morag with Bereet still on board. Sometime after the flight, Bereet, wearing Peter's shirt when he was captured by the Ravagers at a young age, wakes up, asking Peter what all that ruckus was. Peter, forgetting she was on board, apologizes to her, telling her truthfully that he forgot she was aboard.
During their travel to Xandar, Bereet ignorantly answers Peter's incoming call from Yondu Udonta and gives Peter a small smile. Sometime when they land on Xandar, Bereet and Peter part ways.
During the battle of Xandar, Bereet flees the city while carrying a child with her to safety.

Battle on Xandar[]
Bereet was on Xandar when Ronan's forces attacked the planet, with intent of destroying it along with innocent people. She shielded a child and ran off with her before the child came to harm.
Personality[]
Though a minor character, Bereet appears to be kind and considerate. This is shown when she shields a Xandarian child from Ronan's forces. Also, she bears no ill-will towards Peter when they part ways and actually say goodbye in a friendly way.
Physical Appearance[]
Bereet looks like the typical Krylorian, having pink skin and yellow eyes. She also dark hair. Bereet is also from a species considered the most beautiful in the galaxy.
